Press Fitting System Series 22mm Reducing Tee TO 168mm Reducing Tee

The TruPress, Press Fitting System provides a comprehensive solution for joining tubing for fluid and gas systems through mechanical press connections.

TruPress uses the M-Profile press connection method. The pipe is inserted into the fitting to the proper insertion depth, then pressed using an approved tool with the correct jaws or collars. This creates a dual-plane compression that forms a strong mechanical joint and maintains a reliable, permanently elastic seal at the O-ring.

Pipping and Tubing

TruPress stainless steel tubing is longitudinally welded, thin-walled pipe available in 316L and 304L materials.

Max Pressure: 232 psi
Max Temperature: EPDM seal: 248°F | FKM seal: 428°F

Pipes are supplied in 19’-6” standard lengths with end caps to prevent contamination. All tubing is free of annealing color and surface impurities for optimal corrosion resistance and clean installation.

Pressing Tools and Equipment

Pressing must be performed with approved TruPress-compatible tools.

• 1/2”–1-1/4”: Press using jaws
• 1-1/2” and larger: Press using collars or chains

Pressing should only be done within the following ambient temperature ranges:

• Battery tools: 14°F to 104°F
